Returns

Kinotone products purchased from the Kinotone website can be returned within 30 days of the ship date.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned in new condition and shipped in the original packaging. Worn or abused products are subject to a higher restocking fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear.

Please email us at support@kinotoneaudio.com to initiate a return and receive an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA, ship the product via guaranteed, trackable shipping service to the address provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping box. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.

After receiving an RMA number, the customer must return the associated item immediately and it must arrive at our facility within 7 days. Returns may be denied if returned more than 7 days after an RMA is requested.

Once the returned product is received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds for products that have not yet shipped are subject to a minimum 3% processing fee. This accounts for a non-refundable payment processing fee we get charged to collect a payment, ranging from 3-5% depending on the merchant.

Warranty

We back our products 100%. Our official warranty policy appears below, but what matters most is that you have a reliable unit that works the way it’s supposed to. If you believe something is wrong with your Kinotone device, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Non-Transferable Limited Warranty

Kinotone warranties its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the ship date. If the product fails within the warranty period, Kinotone will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the 90 day warranty has expired, Kinotone can repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.

Limits of Liability

In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraph. Kinotone will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Kinotone be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Kinotone disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.

Exclusions

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by Kinotone. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.

Products that were purchased from an unauthorized dealer are not covered under warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover used or secondhand products.

Email us at support@kinotoneaudio.com. Proof of original ownership may be required in the form of a purchase receipt.
